IDEAL CANDIDATE HUNT

Description:
The Ideal Candidate is a person who knows the art of connecting. One who is able to determine what attracts people whatever the age. What makes them tick? A person who evolves according to the people around her/him, making them believe that what she/he has to offer is exactly what the people require. In order to do that the person needs to be able to analyze people, use the available resources to develop an atmosphere which appeals to them, and communicate accordingly to ensure that the ultimate connection is established. To make people keep coming back for more. The Candidate Hunt 2018 is a search for that Ideal Candidate who lives up to all this. Participants familiar with Business and Management will be exposed to situations and environments which will test their communication skills, marketing skills, and leadership skills.

Rounds:
The event will consist of two rounds.

Round 1 (Batch day!)

The participants will need the sell the product that is provided to them. They need to install their stalls in lawn or outside the lobby and market their product. The top 2 teams who sell the more products will move to the final round.

Round 2 (Escape the Room)

Participants who move on to round 2 will be tested on their knowledge, logic and reasoning. For this round, the team members will be locked for a specific time limit during which they will solve the puzzle that will set them free.

Round 3 (Who’s the Boss?)

Participants will be given various scenarios of the different leadership styles. They will then be asked to determine what style is being used and whether it is correct for the particular situation.

Registration:
Rs.500 per team, Maximum of 3 members are allowed per team (University)
